Alice Pollock - early 1970s

Alice Pollock clothes are exceedingly rare. They are also exceedingly beautiful. While Ossie always made a girl feel sexy, Alice always made you feel beautiful. This dress fulfils the latter with more than a hint of the former. The kaftan is transformed into an evening dress with the addition of an irridescent crepe fabric, printed with what look like stylised chinese symbols. The squared off neckline is topped by a glorious integral choker which is crafted to sit 'just so' at the neck.
