Super rare piece from the Avengerswear collection, which was sold alongside the television series. This piece was designed by Alun Hughes for the colour Emma Peel season and appeared as a dark green mini skirted version in the episode Return of the Cybernauts. This dress is a maxi in a purple moire velvet.

Absolutely incredible Bill Gibb black wool crepe maxi dress. A tight, plunging keyhole neckline contrasts with the voluminous skirt and billowing puffed and gathered sleeves. The image from Vogue shows a cream version in his catwalk show from 1972.

One of the loveliest Jean Muirs I've ever come across. Crafted in a tomato red rayon jersey and topstiched in green, the puffed sleeves and beautifully shaped and gathered bust are Muir at her very best. |

An adorable rare early Biba mini dress in a crisp white broderie anglaise cotton. The typical high, tight armholes are there, as are the quintessential Biba puffed sleeves. A very good example of the 'dolly' look of which they were so fond! |
